Hmm.. Todays silat training was really tough but i guess the more tougher one is yet to come.. Arrgh!! tired!!! gosh.. today.. we got 2 team.. the Senior and the Junior team.. i was in the Senior team of coz.. hmm as for the Juniors.. they have to jog for 5 rounds only and train their basic kicks then.. as for the Seniors.. they don't have skill training today but they have stamina buid-up and dats all! hmm sounds easy huh.. it might sounds easy for u peepz.. try and do it and experience it urself! only then u will know how challenging it is.. haizz.. well.. we (Seniors) have to jog 10 rounds + 3 sets of going up and down the stairs which has 11 floor with 8x2 steps! dats not all.. we got to do 10 more sets of sprinting! gosh!! but my stamina is not dat good la.. heheh.. so instead of jogging 10 rounds.. i jog 5 rounds jek.. the other 5 rounds erm i walk + jog la.. heheh don't understand is ur prob! wakaka.. hmm for the 3 sets of going up and down the stairs.. hmm.. the first 2 sets.. i went till 8 storey only.. heheh but the last sets i really do it.. 'penat' ah.. hmm as for the 10 sets of sprinting.. this one i didn't 'kelong' ar.. this one i really do it.. Guess what.. after all the tough training.. it come to and end at last.. heheh.. haiz.. klah.. till here jek k.. tired of typing ar.. Chachinchao!! =D
