today's silat training goes as per normal.. 2 rounds of jogging around the CC.. head to toe stratch then shutter run (test of stamina) for 1 min followed by skill training.. during skill training.. as usual we are trained to do all the basic moves such as side and front.. with speed and force of coz.. hmm this time.. my kicks all 'hancur!'.. wanna know why? cos i didn't put any attention to it.. i didn't focus and i play around.. hahah.. gosh! what's wrong with me?! haizz..
